Escape Factory team consists of 5 members:

• Serban Alexandru - administrator / founding member

• Andreea Dodosi - marketing / social

• Naste Madalina - marketing / social

• Istvan Matuz - technical / programming / creative - official partner.

It all started from  regular hangouts with friends while looking for fun activities. We started  with playing board games and then including all types of games. We took it to another level, in our getaways to cottages, besides board games, organizing treasure hunts and realized how much fun this is.  That opened our appetite for creating puzzles, which were becoming more interesting and more interactive with time. In the meantime, we also found Escape room games and so many outings and dinners in the city ended with a visit to a new Escape room. After many games played in Bucharest and some tried in Cluj-Napoca we decided together to start this project, and we set out to build the strongest such game in Cluj-Napoca. After 8 months of designing, countless changes of themes and puzzles, we finished the Seafarers (Navigatorii) room and we were ready to rumble.

Our first Escape Room in Cluj - Napoca - the Seafarers is ready and  we hope you will like as much as we do. We tried and like to think that we managed to create the most innovative game in the city, and our main aim is to continue creating other rooms, our goal being to reach a total of at least 4 games.

Our team is dedicated and in the future we will try to develop ourselves, organizing team-building, treasure-hunting and other fun activities for team players.

In addition to these projects, we started in December 2019 and continue in 2020 with a Quiz night every Monday at 8 pm (see more details on the Quiz page).

Our main aim is to create an emblematic brand for the city of Cluj, this being the long-term project, a place to feel good with family, friends, work colleagues / team, a place to get rid of the phone and day to day worries, where you just relax and have fun.

Our Escape Room puts players in a real-life escape game where they must work together in a race against the clock to solve a series of increasingly challenging puzzles. Be prepared to have your wits tested and your entertainment level raised when you get into the best escape room in the city of Cluj - Napoca.

We are also open to any kind of ideas / partnerships and we are looking forward to proposals, everything that means providing quality services to tourists and residents of the city of Cluj.
